1. What are the materials that VCG used for the glassware ?
- All glassware from VCG are made of white flint glass instead of lead –free Crystal Glass.
2. What kind of certificate to proof glassware made by VCG is Non-lead glass and Food Grade certified ?
- Non-lead certification issued by SGS will present upon request.
- LFGB food safety test upon order (including drinking rim)
3. What is the main products VCG offer ?
- VCG’s products covering Glass Bottle (Spirits. Vodka. Liquor. Rum), stemware( Wine. Cocktail.
4. What kind of services adding value to glassware can you offer ?
VCG can do and is specialized in label decoration, such as silk screening , frosting , embossing, decal, precious metal printing and heat transfering, etc .
As for ACL (decal) , the decal paper will be produced by decal paper -maker .
We purchase it from them and then do decal effect in the surface of glassware .
5. How can VCG ensure an optimum quality level for its products ?
Particular attention is paid to quality controls :
- The first control is carried out by visual or automatic examination meaning that the pieces, which fall below the visual quality level required, are rejected.
- The second control is carried out via a sampling method, according to statistical sampling standards recognised by all industrials, helping us to check the resistance and reliability of the tems as well as their aesthetic and dimensional characteristics.
All samples are submitted to mechanical, thermal and chemical tests designed to guarantee that the production meets the quality standards set. These production controls allow us to reject product batches, which do not comply with these standards.
6. What's your MOQ?
Customized products require certain setups or mold charges that force us not to offer them in too few quantities.

7.What does client should do before VCG start custom item,such as 4 colours offset printed gift box ?
Just provide us with artwork and indicate the placement, size and colors.
Allowable Image Formats:
- Adobe illustrator in PC format.
- Corel Draw - convert files into .eps before sending
- In illustrator, all fonts should be converted to outlines.
- JPG, .GIF, are acceptable but they must be large high resolution files (400 dpi or more).
Proofs: Once we have finished your graphic, we'll email you a proof so you can review it before we begin your order
8. What should I expect after I place order of custom product to VCG?
After you place the order,
1) You will receive your graphic proof
2) You will receive a confirmation of goods with specifications , moulds , delivery

9. Does VCG guarantee deadlines ?
We guarantee PRODUCTION time. If we say we're going to ship something out in 30 business days, that is a guarantee. Remember, production time begins the moment you send an order officially . (If there need surface treatment ,you should have been sent a graphic proof and allow time for us to get proof approval from you)
